Are Monopoly® Copyright Protection Issues A Concern?
Late for the Sky Production Company has been making property trading games based on a variety of subjects since 1984. When we began our business, we reviewed our ideas with Parker Bros. who, at the time, were the makers of Monopoly®. Together we developed ways to produce games that do not infringe upon their rights. Every game that we have created has been designed based on the standards agreed upon at that time. Although the games we make are similar to the game play of Monopoly®, we are in no way connected to that game or Hasbro, the current owners of Monopoly®. We do not use their artwork or designs, as they are not relevant to the designs that we employ when making a game. All the content, artwork, and images used in our games are original creations of our design or furnished by the customer.
Are There Minimum Unit Order Requirements?

How Long Does It Take To Produce A Game?
Designing your custom game is a fun and easy process. We supply you with an easy-to-use Game Organizer that allows you to walk through the process, step by step. Timing will depend upon how much of the design input you provide and how quickly we arrive at the final design for your approval. Typically, the process, from initial design input to printed game is about 6 weeks.
Are All The Parts Of My Game Truly Custom, Including The Board Tokens?
